What do you hope your work will do for the community you work with?
I hope to create a welcoming and inclusive space where artists from different practices and age sets as well as diverse audiences come together to share ideas, experiences and interact with the arts.

I have to say it is the level of trust TICAH has built with the different communities they have worked with over the years.
Share a little about your professional background
I’m an art curator and a practicing mosaic and sculptor visual artist for eighteen years now, I have exhibited at Alliance Francaise, National Museums of Kenya, D2 Art Gallery Vienna among others. Renown art works includes, Mama Africa USIU, a floor mosaic at Michael Joseph center, Hospital Mosaic projects, a concrete sculpture at Hunters Hotel (Bungoma), as well as the center piece mosaic at the peace path labyrinth national museums of Kenya. I have been a resident artist at the Go Down Arts Center and I have also worked with African Heritage design company.
How do you spend your free time?
I love knitting. I am currently learning how to crotchet.
