It aims to ensure that it operates in a responsible manner, taking into account ethical business standards set out by its policies. It recognizes that stakeholders and individual members of staff have an important role in helping to achieve this aim because they are usually the first to know if someone in the organization or connected with it is acting improperly. TICAH encourages employees and stakeholders who have knowledge, or reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing to come forward and report the same. The organization takes all wrongdoing seriously and believes that any report on any unlawful acts, acts of misconduct or impropriety should be investigated thoroughly.
TICAH encourages external stakeholders to report any acts of impropriety regardless of how insignificant or small the issue is. Individuals who wish to report any misconduct can disclose their identity or make reports anonymously. All reports will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will be acted upon, taking into account the seriousness and credibility of the issues raised and the likelihood of confirming the allegations from attributable sources and information provided. All concerns or irregularities raised will be handled in confidence and every effort will be made to ensure that confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.
