“Resilient Spirit" was an initiative in Uganda, organised by the new Muumba Collective, that celebrated female artists of all backgrounds aged 18 to 35. Participants engaged in workshops, receive mentorship from master artists and others, and had the opportunity to exhibit their artwork. The workshops focused on art skills (painting, mixed media, etc.), portfolio development, marketing, and explored topics such as gender-based violence, sex, challenges of being a female artist and feminism.
