TICAH’s work aims at mobilizing community advocacy and raising our voices in effective ways to influence laws, policies, and services. Our work challenges stigma, attitude and discrimination, and seeks to improve laws and policies on sexual health and rights.
Our advocacy efforts are aimed at sexual and gender based violence, sexual orientation and gender identity, comprehensive sexuality education for people of all ages, safe birth and safe abortion, contraception, ending of harmful traditional practices like child marriage and FGM. We work in partnership with local and community radio stations to break the silence on sexuality issues.
TICAH is at the forefront on advocacy on reproductive health nationally and internationally.
