Millet (1 kg); sorghum (1 kg); dry cassava (¼ kg); omena (250g); rice (250g);
roasted groundnuts (250g); roasted soya beans (250g); roasted sesame (250g).
Mix all ingredients together and take to be ground at a posho mill. Add 1 cup
of flour to 5 ltrs of water. Place on cooker and stir until porridge is ready.
SERVES 6-10 KIDS.
