Ingredients
Onion; tomato; mbirimbi; garlic; pilau spices; vinegar.
Preparation
Pound garlic together with pilau spices. Slice onion, tomato and mbirimbi and put aside. Fry garlic and spices, then add onion/tomato mix. (Spices and frying are optional). To preserve, add a little vinegar (Not for sensitive stomachs/ulcers).
