Ugali and Sukumawiki with Coconut

Ingredients
Maize flour; 2 tsp soya flour; grated coconut; sukumawiki;
onions; tomatoes; oil.
Preparation
Prepare ugali using the maize flour and soya flour.
Fry onions in a pan. Wash the sukumawiki in hot water, then add to
the pan. Add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle over the
coconut. Cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with ugali.
