1 bowl moringa leaves; 2 eggs; sliced onions; garlic; salt;
chopped tomatoes; minced onion.
Wash, then fry moringa leaves for 5 minutes with the sliced onions,
garlic and salt. While this cooks, lightly fry minced onion and tomatoes
and add to the fried moringa. Stir together half a cup of this mix
with the eggs and cook until scrambled.
