Ingredients
Kunde; garlic; onions; tomatoes; cooking oil; salt to taste.
Preparation
Wash and chop kunde, add to a sufuria of water mixed with 1 cup of
Bean Ash Filtrate and boil for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry garlic, onions and tomatoes together. Mix in the kunde and cook for a further 15 minutes.
