5 raw bananas; oil for cooking; salt to taste; flour.
Boil bananas until soft, then mash them and measure out a cupful.
Mix with the same amount of flour (e.g. 1 cup banana 1 cup flour) and salt
to taste until you have a chapatti dough. Roll out and prepare as you would
prepare normal chapattis. Serve with Soya Soup or Amaranth Soup.
